Delivery and Returns
My Shop is now closed! Any orders placed between 16th December and 2nd January will be fulfilled from 3rd January 2024
✨I am currently packing and dispatching orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.✨
Standard UK Delivery:
I post every order First Class with Royal Mail. First class aims to deliver to you within 1-2 working days but please allow up to a week from your dispatched notification email.
Shipping rates are determined by weight, to see an accurate shipping estimate please visit the checkout
Tracking and signed for options are available, I recommend using this during busy times like Christmas for peace of mind.
Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the festive period the post can be slower than usual
EU customers:
I’ve disable international orders for the time being but you are still able to purchase my products through Etsy.
To get an accurate charge for duty fees and import taxes please purchase through my Etsy. Please note that if you do place an order through my website you will have pay import taxes and this process may take longer than purchasing through Etsy. Please note that we do not charge VAT for EU countries at checkout and therefore you may be subject to additional local VAT/Customs charges upon delivery, as of 1st July 2021.
International shipping times: Please get in touch for a more accurate delivery estimation.
Processing times: I aim to process orders in 1-4 working days (Handmade products like decorations may take a little longer), busy times like Christmas processing times can be up to 5 working days. I am currently packing and dispatching orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you would like a more accurate time that you are likely to get your order please get in touch at bryony@bryonymoss.com
Gift Orders: Cut out the middle man by shipping directly to your loved one. I can gift wrap any order and write a hand written personal message, I can even write on the packaging “To be opened on [Date]”. Please use the gift message box at the checkout or send an email to me at bryony@bryonymoss.com
Urgent/Express orders: If you need an order urgently, please get in touch to see if this is possible. I will get an estimate for next day delivery from DPD.
Payment: I accept both Paypal and all major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.
Returns: If there is any problem with your items or you'd like to return anything, you can do so by contacting us to arrange a return. I will refund any damaged items or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. I will refund the sale price as soon as the items are received back.
