This A5 Art print is inspired by sweet little Brigid, a Galgo rescued by the charity Galgo Del Sol who sadly passed away after a life of neglect and mistreatment.

The 1st of February marks the end of the hunting season in Spain and is the start of a very busy season for the charities that rescue Galgos. It is estimated that between 50,000 and 100,000 Galgos are killed every single year in Spain. More info about Galgos and World Galgo Day can be found here.
