Hot stuff! New screen print drop 🔥🔥🔥

close up of the screen print focuses on a pink seal heading bobbing up out of the sea.

Growing up by the sea and spending so much time on the beach means I've seen my fair share of little seal heads bobbing up in the north sea. Not many people know this but I have a ceramic seal colony in my bathroom! So it's safe to say, I love seals. The Seals print has taken quite a few years for me to get right, starting from a pen and ink sketch in my sketchbook which I knew was going to be something special.

This vibrant print is printed with cheerful colours with a final layer of lilac as the water. Printed on beautiful Somerset smooth paper 40cm x 40cm it is the perfect addition to a home for those who love the sea. For me it is a happy reminder of the beautiful coastal scenes from Northumberland and Moray.

Last weekend I took part in Pexmas’s spring fling and it was really lovely day, as non-Christmas markets go it was slower but this allowed me to be able to chat to customers new and old! I also launched the Hot Sauce Cupboard print which people loved, it was great seeing people make a beeline to it, the bright colours are definitely eye catching.

The Hot Sauce Cupboard is the sister print to The Pickle Cupboard, both are A3 three colour screen prints that explore how I imagine my dream kitchen would be. I'm interested to see what you think the next cupboard will include!
